Everything we sell is dispatched from our warehouse at Crumlin, County Antrim. This page sets out what delivery costs, how long it takes and what happens with larger machines. It does not affect your statutory rights.

Dispatch times and the 2pm cut-off

Orders for stocked items placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday, are picked and dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm, or at weekends and on bank holidays, are dispatched the next working day.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Delivery timescales below are counted in working days from dispatch, not from the moment you order.

48 hour delivery — £29.95. Order before 2pm Monday to Friday and we dispatch the same day for delivery within 48 working hours. This service is available on orders up to 30kg going to mainland Great Britain. It is selected at checkout and is not available on heavy goods, pallet deliveries or large machines.

Standard delivery to Great Britain is usually 2–4 working days after dispatch.

Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly and the Channel Islands may take longer and may not be eligible for the 48 hour service. We will contact you if this affects your order.

Republic of Ireland

Typically 2–3 working days after dispatch.

Chemicals and hazardous goods

Certain chemicals — including bleach, sodium hypochlorite, biocides and similar products — are classed as dangerous goods and are restricted by our carriers. These items can only be delivered within Northern Ireland and are charged at £4.95 up to 10kg, £6.95 to 20kg, £9.95 to 30kg and £14.95 above 30kg. They cannot be sent by the 48 hour service. If you need these products elsewhere, please contact us and we will advise.

Large machines

Scrubber dryers, sweepers, industrial pressure washers and other large machines are delivered on a pallet or by dedicated vehicle, and carriage is quoted individually based on your postcode and site access. Please contact us for a delivery price before ordering. Kerbside delivery is standard; if you need the machine taken inside, upstairs or to a specific floor, tell us in advance so we can arrange it.

Hire machines are covered by separate delivery and collection charges. See our Equipment Hire Terms & Conditions for details. In brief: free if you collect and return the machine yourself at our Crumlin depot; £29.95 for delivery within Northern Ireland, or £59.90 for delivery and collection; €49.95 and €99.90 respectively for the Republic of Ireland.

Collection in person

You are welcome to collect your order free of charge from our warehouse during business hours. Please wait until we confirm your order is ready before travelling.

Stock availability

Delivery timescales assume the item is in stock. If something you have ordered is not available, we will contact you promptly with an expected date and you may cancel for a full refund if the delay does not suit.

Problems with a delivery

Please check your order on arrival and let us know as soon as possible — ideally within 48 hours — if anything is missing or damaged in transit. See our Returns Policy for how we put things right.
